Description

Directions: Hwy. 1, one mile south of Bodega Bay on Doran Park Road, just past Bodega Harbor Golf Course.

Hours
The park is open daily. Most Sonoma County Regional parks open at sunrise and close at sunset.

Parking
$6 per vehicle for day use year round. Special rates apply to buses or trucks carrying more than 9 people.

Dogs
Permitted on leash no longer than 6' in length. Rabies certificate required.

Facilities
Boat launch, fish-cleaning station, boat-rinsing station and picnic areas. Individual campsites, restrooms with electrical outlets, flush toilets and coin operated showers ($1.50 per 5 minutes). Please note: there are no RV hook-ups. Beach wheelchair available upon request.

The campgrounds are open year-round and offer quality camping facilities in beautiful surroundings.

Highlights

Doran Park has a 2-mile stretch of sandy beach and is a popular place for visitors to picnic, build sand castles, fly kites, surf, fish and stroll. A rock jetty at the harbor mouth provides access for fishing, crabbing and exploring sea life. The boat launch can accommodate up to 20-foot boats. A parking lot is located adjacent to the launch and can handle 30 vehicles with trailers.
